For lithium battery packs, since the electrolyte is an organic solvent system, a diaphragm material that is resistant to organic solvents is required. Therefore, the ultraviolet laser surpasses the cold processing and low heat characteristics of the laser, and the use of ultraviolet laser to cut polyester film just makes up for the shortcomings of red light processing.
