This equipment uses UV picosecond lasers, which have high cutting accuracy, but it is only suitable for cutting thin materials, metal and non-metal materials of a few tenths of a millimeter. Therefore, it has certain usage restrictions and is generally widely used in industries that require precision cutting, such as medical and electronics.
The maximum power of laser cutting metal materials currently produced by our company can cut 20 mm metal plates. Of course, a larger laser power can cut thicker metal materials, but considering performance and use, our company only produces 6000W power metal laser cutting machines. Laser cutting of non-metallic materials At present, our company's conventional maximum power is 300W, which can be used to cut cloth, paper products, plastics, rubber and other materials. Acrylic can be cut to a maximum of 20 mm, and plastic rubber can be cut to within 10 mm. One of the characteristics of laser cutting is single-layer cutting. Laser is a thermal cutting method. If multiple layers are cut, the edges are prone to adhesion, which affects the cutting effect. These are some of the characteristics of laser cutting machines when cutting materials.
