It is worth mentioning that with the help of laser seamless welding technology, the strength of the inner cylinder of the crystal has also been greatly improved. In the tensile test, the crystal inner cylinder can withstand 3.5 times the tensile force of the ordinary inner cylinder, and the connection is stronger. It can support the ultra-high speed of the FPA direct-drive variable frequency motor of 1,600 rpm, greatly improving the clothes cleaning ratio. Today, five years later, more than 95% of Haier's front-loading washing machines have laser-welded seamless inner cylinders. Some insiders believe that Haier has actually completed a historic breakthrough in inner cylinder welding technology in the washing machine industry.
